การใช้  For , since , and ago We use for and since to say how long A: - Rachel is in Brazil. She has been there       for three days. -  Rachel is in Brazil. She has been there      since Monday เราใช้ for กับ since ต่างกันอย่างไร มาดูกันค่ะ! B:      ago   ago = before now - Ji Yoo started her new job three weeks ago. (=three weeks before now) - "When did Tom go out?" :Ten minute ago" (= ten minute before now) - I had dinner an hour ago. - Life was very different a hundred years ago.

(simple past) What was Eric doing when the phone rang?     (past continuous) He was reading a book.                                                (past continuous) What did he do when the phone rang?                      (simple past) He stopped reading and answered the phone.       (simple past) Eric began reading before the phone rang. So when the phone rang, he was reading .
